In order to reduce your concerns, we offer a money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your goods you should contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If we can't satisfy your complaint through other means, you may return the item(s) to us and, after the goods have been inspected, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s) (no outbound or return shipping refunds, sorry). The item(s) must not have any visible signs of use or wear, and must not be damaged. Your refund will be via PayPal account or bank account.

While great care is taken to properly package, protect and ship your order, no responsibility is taken for lost or damaged goods.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes to an order cannot be accepted once the lace is cut so choose carefully and check your order before completion - if you have changes to an order email sales@amazingoz.com asap and we will let you know if those changes can be made. Some colors are occasionally out of stock and when this happens we will email you asap and let you know if you would like an alternative color.

• To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
